There are all kinds of diet that people follow in order to lose some weight. Some of those ideas involving the basic thing that human have such as blood. Peter J.D’Adamo, a naturopath come up with the idea of a certain type of diet that based on people
blood type.
Food for Each Blood Type
For each type of blood, there are different kinds of food that people can eat and they are:
- Type A. D’Adamo believe that people with type A blood have sensitive immune system, therefore, he or she need to eat organic and fresh food especially the one that based on fruit and vegetable (meat free)
- Type B. Those with type B blood should eat more eggs, green vegetables, low fat dairy and only certain kind of meats. Try to avoid chicken, tomatoes, corn, sesame seeds and peanuts.
- Type O. Those with type O blood is recommended to eat more food that high in protein with small portion of dairy, beans and grains
- Type AB. D’Adamo said that people with AB blood type tend to have low stomach acid so try to avoid foods or drinks that have high caffeine such as coffee and have more of green vegetables, tofu and seafood.
