Stay away from white bread, rice, or sugar and replace them with whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, and many more. The next tip is drinking enough water everyday. You have to consume at least 8 or 10 glasses of water a day. Water will help your body to flush toxins and waste. Water is also helping your body to maintain metabolism rate. Exercise is very important in simple diet plan. Try to do light exercise like jogging, cycling, walking, or swimming at least 15 minutes a day.
