Long story short, my diet intention appears when in September 2013, when I entered the final stage of the course (thesis). On the other hand, I also found the fact I dumped my girlfriend the same. Usually, when I stress that I do is eat.

But at that time I just wanted to vent stress in a new thing is diet. In addition, I also began to understand the dangers of overweight is very prone to deadly diseases.

After consulting with a nutritionist, I started a diet with a healthy and balanced menus. The primary key of my diet is to reduce the rice, even replacing white rice with brown rice is healthier known.

In addition to Food Combining diet I also always run treadmill (cardio) for 1 hour every day or at least 2 days. Although initially difficult, I live with passion. Little by little, the scale needle goes to the left. End of story, I managed to lose weight by approximately 40 pounds in 8 months.

All the people who used to be very familiar with me as "Fat Boy" certainly very surprised and also amazed me with this achievement. The first thing I feel different is going to my physical confidence and ease in the exercise because I love to play football.

What I want to assure my friends here is, keep your food as I am sure your body is that you eat. Start now with a diet of nutritional foods to maintain balance. Remember to always stop eating before you are full. Undoubtedly we will be spared from the disease that is usually caused by obesity.
