I am among those who tomboy and does not care about appearances. From childhood I really like to eat meat and fried chicken skin. I also like to drink sweet drinks in containers and snacking.

Many people say that girls are not good big man, but there are also those who say it's okay as long as the large body healthy. It makes me uncomfortable initially with myself, until then I realized that in the world of work is the appearance of a number of factors.

One day I weigh my weight in pharmacies and found that the figure has reached 109 kg. I was surprised not to play because of my weight usually ranges only around 104 kg. Looking at the numbers in the end I decided that scales to the total diet.

Finally my exercise routine, especially gymnastics and pilates body language six times a week. For diet, I really yangjajanan avoid fried foods, sweet drinks in containers, soft drinks and food soupy coconut milk. Here's my diet that apply:

- Wake up: 2 cups warm water and exercise brisk walking 30 minutes
- Breakfast: 2 bananas / 2 pieces of whole wheat bread / egg white 3 pieces
- Before the lunch hour drinking warm water
- Lunch: serving as usual, only replaced white rice with brown rice and vegetables multiply
- Afternoon: fruits such as papaya and also did gymnastics
- Dinner: whole wheat bread, warm water and green tea
