Paleo Diet for Weight Loss and Healthy Body

There is a very popular diet that based on the lifestyle of our ancestor way back then and it’s called Paleo Diet. The main idea of this diet is to eat like our ancestor, the one who roam this planet millions of years ago. It means that people who follow this diet should cut out all kind of modern and processed food, which can help people not only to lose weight but also to have better health conditions.

Foods to Eat and to Avoid in Paleo Diet

Our ancestor, the caveman people that life millions years ago, eat only food that they can find and they can hunt with very little processing. That is, there is a limitation on what kind of food that people can and can’t eat based on Paleo Diet.

List of food to eat in this diet are all kind of meat (preferably grass feed and organic meat), eggs, fish, fruit, nuts, seed, and non starchy vegetables. While the kind of food that people must avoid are sweets,  processed meat and other kind of processed food, sugary drinks, dairy products and also cereal grains. There are still some pros and cons about Paleo Diet but still it doesn’t stop people from trying it and try to live as close as the way our ancestor live back then.
