What makes people feel these symptoms? It is simply because their body doesn’t get enough nutrition that it need. Most of diets that promised quick weight loss are considered as fad diets and most of them do not meet nutritional need of people. People may enjoy quick weight loss, but since their body doesn’t get enough nutrition, they can regain their weight rapidly after they stop doing it.
