There are so many kinds of food that people can consume where some of them are considered as unhealthy food while other are the opposite of it, the healthy food that will do well not only for your health but also your diet.

Here are some of those healthy and also delicious food that you should have in your daily meal to support your diet effort and the most importantly, your health.

  • Fish. There are some foods that people tend to disagree about the benefit of it but one thing for sure, everyone agree that fish is good for you. Fish is a good source of protein and also omega 3 fatty acids that will boost up your brain health and help people with depression
  • Eggs. Egg is also considered as part of tasty and healthy food. Eggs are good source of protein and it has the capability to make people feel full faster, which is something that most people in diet are looking for.
  • Fruit and vegetables. There is no need to explain the benefit of these food groups
  • Fats and oil.  Your body needs fat to do lots of thing but make sure to get them from healthy source such as coconut oil, olive oil and lard
  • Meat. Meats are the source of protein and if it’s possible, try to get meat from natural raised animal. Meat is a healthy food with tons of nutrition that your body needs to get going.
