Additional Food Groups in a Healthy Diet

We know that we need to provide our body with all kind of foods that provide the kind of nutrition that we need not only in order to stay healthy but also to help us gain ideal weight. This is what we called as healthy diet. Other that food source such as starchy food, fruit, vegetables, fish, egg and milk, we also need to include some additional food groups to complete our effort.

Exercise and Water in Healthy Diet

It is true that exercise and also water is not part of food or something that we consume. But when we put them as the additional food groups, we will feel obliged to make them as part of our daily life and help us to go through our healthy diet process. What makes these two so important? There is no question about exercise because not only it will help us to burn more fat, it also will bring us so many benefits for the sake of our health.

So, what’s with water? Water will flush out toxins and any kind of waste product from our body, as well as keeping us hydrated. If we don’t consume enough water, we may feel tired and have low energy to do our daily activities. Make sure to pay attention on both of these things to help us achieve a healthy diet that will do well for our body.
