Everyday we consume a lot of toxins through foods we eat, water we drink, and even through the air we breathe. Some kinds of toxins that pollute our body are nicotine, food additives, pesticides, excess protein, free radical, lead, alcohol, and plenty other harmful chemicals from foods and beverages. Naturally, our body has a system to get rid of those toxins through urine, sweat, and feces. But in the modern era like today, it is impossible for the organ to get rid all of the toxins we consume in a day.
