Simple Exercise Diet Plan
It always hard to start a new habit so you can start by doing small exercise like jogging, swimming, dancing, cycling, or walking at least 30 minutes a day. Small and light exercise is very important to prepare your body for the changes. The exercise diet planwill be more effective if you try to change the way you eat. Make small changes in the way you eat. Drink more plain water rather than soft drink or sweet water, replace white bread with wheat bread, If you are hungry before meal time try to eat fresh fruits, and try to balance your food between protein, fat, carbohydrate, and fiber. By following the exercise diet plan, you can cut excess fat in your body.
