Food for Diet That Will Help You Cut Some fat

Most people believe that consuming less food than normal will make them lose some pound. This method is true but not correct. The core of healthy diet is by changing what you eat. This is the reason why food combining is very important for a healthy diet. Healthy diet is by consuming the right food in the right portion. Consuming fat and carbohydrate in healthy diet is not forbidden since our body still needs carbohydrate and fat to maintain some body functions. You need proper food for dietin order to cut excess fat and to be healthy in the same time.

Healthy Food for Diet

There are several healthy foods that are recommended for your diet, they are:
1. Oatmeal
This food contains high fiber that will help you to stay full and also can lower your bad cholesterol level. 

2. Salmon/Herring/Tuna
Our body still needs fat. But you have to choose the right fat. Healthy fat can be found in several fish like salmon, tuna, and herring.

3. Water
Water is very important food to help you losing some weight. Water will help you maintain body metabolism and it can flush any toxins out of your body through urine and sweat. Try to consume 8 to 10 glasses of water a day and combined it with food for diet.
